Who has Vista x32 Processor version ??

I have and do or are you loving it ??? Why or is it necessary to upgrade to x64 ????????????????????

It is not at all necessary.

At the same time, if all of the software and peripherals you use will work under x64, there is no reason not to upgrade.

A 64-bit operating system can use far more memory, and will usually perform a bit faster. But if you've no plans to buy over 3-4Gb of memory, be happy.
