| error 2330. 1392 when attempting to uninstall adobe reader 8.1.2 I have attempted to uninstall Adobe Reader 8.1.2 and receive the following message: Internal Error 2330. 1392, C:\Program files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AIR . I have tried using Smarty uninstaller. When I refresh the list of programs there, Adobe Reader 8.1.2 is not listed. I have tried to reinstall Reader 8.1.2 and Windows informs me that the program is already present on my system.(Odd, since I appear to have uninstalled it, according to Control Panel Programs.) I am at a loss now. Can anyone help? |

Location: Paris | Re: error 2330. 1392 when attempting to uninstall adobe reader 8.1.2 Try this way: Install the Microsoft cleanup utility Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility Then deinstall Acrobat reader, you should be able to reinstall it afterwards. |

| Re: error 2330. 1392 when attempting to uninstall adobe reader 8.1.2 Well that seems to have worked...does anyone have a solution to the problem with uninstalloing Adobe Reader 8.1.2? I've tried to download the newest Version 9 and it tries to uninstall 8.1.2 and gets the same message and cannot continue installation. At this point I cannot access any PDF files...a disaster!!! |
