when i r eboot i get a message Host processor for windows services stoped

Do you have any more information like your system details, error report or screenshot because we cant help you with the little amount of information you have provided.

You mean Host process.....
Have a look in the event log, should come from an application such a Nero, Adobe, etc..
The event log will tell you where to search.

To open the events log:
Start/Run type in eventvwr.msc then Enter.
