| need help reformatting old hard drive I've a new hard drive that I just installed x64 ultimate on. My old hard drive has x32 Ultimate on it. I want to wipe / reformat the old drive and use it as a storage drive, but I am not sure how to do so. |

To format it, you can open the Start menu and click on Computer. Right click on the old hard drive's letter and click Format. From there you can give a volume name and decided on a quick or full format. Both format the drive, but full does a thorough job of formating. Hope this helps, Shawn |
