Download Trial of Vista 64 Bit.???

Ok guys, I've been doing a build. It's almost ready for me to Install my OS.. I will be doing that later today. I've decided I'm NOT going to try a pirated version of windows.. I'd much rather NOT have the hassle and Pay for it.. only problem is a spent all my cash on my new good parts for my Build.. I will buy Vista Later.. but today I want to download and add to a disk a fully usable Trial of Vista 64 bit.. and I will buy the OEM version before the 30 days is up.. that way I just enter the Serial and I'm good.. right???

So does anyone kno where I can DOWNLOAD a Trial version of Windows Vista 64 bit.. preferably Ultimate..

I need to download and burn to a disk a trial of Vista 64.. and put it on my new build.. then I will buy it before my 30 days is over.

I don't kno anyone that has 64.. so I need a download.. Please help as I want to get the OS installed Today..

You should be able to download it with a torrent, then install it without using a key. This should allow you a trial period legally. Just....be careful when searching for a torrent file of an OS, I've bricked a PC by trying to download one...gl ^^

Oh, and sorry I can't recommend an exact place to download :(

Like <link removed>.. They have a version.. and to the left it says Official release.

Would that be a good and probably safe one to download.. use that. and then buy it later...

Thanks for the fast response.. how'd you Brick a PC??? how can you ruin things inside while installing a OS. worst that can happen is ruin the HD i thought

What I ment was if you allready owned a 32bit version of Vista you can request a free 64bit dvd from Microsoft and use your current licence on the x64bit dvd for free..:cool:

awesome link there bro, Thanks.. so tell me tho. If I do that.. and upgrade to the Vista 64 bit.. will this Current Version of 32bit No longer work..

Cuz If I upgrade.. then my new Computer would have a legit and fully workin, worry free Vista 64bit.. but my old Machine, thats still new. not had it a year.. would have 32.. but if when I do this upgrade your talking about.. will it Deactivate the current product key.. if so then my old machine will no longer work.. then I'd need something for it also.... so if you could shed some light on that please... let me kno

Microsoft have emailed me and said It isnt but is possible to use the same license on two computers simultaneously and after a few months it "may" or "may not" ask the old machine to reactivate...

You should be fine, If it does ask to be reactivated just clock OK...

yeah, my ultimate came with discs for both 32 and 64. I called and asked the brainiacs at MS if I could use the 32 on my old system and they said the same thing you just said Dmex.

Hope those downloads worked Gunther lol.

I didn't use the Download.. the CPU cooler would not fit with the Top mounted Fans in my case.. that I added.. the cooler is to big, and I'm replacing it anyways.. so now I'm not going to install OS quite yet..

So I'm going to try and get a Legit version.. no Downloaded one. Or get the Code from that Alternate media thing. then I'll be good and no worries..

Also what do you mean, if it asks to reactivate just clock OK.. whats clock?? so I guess I should spend the 10 bucks to order that.. and try that.. plus I'll rarely use this machine anyways.. if I keep it. I might sell it. then they can worry about that.. he he. I wonder how long that disk takes to come.. I'll check it out..
