    explorer error 0xc0000142

    HI; I have a explorer error message "0xc0000142" , my deskopt is white, please help me;
    sorry Im a french girl I dont speak perfectly english

    Restart...if that doesn't work, press F8 when it's booting up and select Last known good configuration. And go from there.

    Please tell us what you were doing before error happened.As detail as you can remember.
    Also, there must be a "written" message as well as the 0xc0000142. Yes?
