| Junior Member | Help Adjusting Folder View I looked for this under control panel but couldn't find options anywhere. I want to set a default folder view properties, so that EVERY time I create a 'new folder' it always opens them with same viewing properties. Example: "View > Details" (Not thumbnails), "Column > uncheck Tags, uncheck Rating, uncheck Date Taken, ect." Is there anyway to set default folder properties as mentioned above? |

| Administrator | Re: Help Adjusting Folder View Hi Talon, As far as I know, not until after you created the New Folder. ![]() If you have a problem with these folder view settings not being remembered, then Method Two in this tutorial will help Vista remember them. Windows Explorer Folder View settings Hope this helps some, Shawn |
