Lost Taskbar & Start Menu

Hi,
Just tried to set-up AutoCAD 2008 Keygen.exe on my pc. It said that the application is incompatible so I just removed the file. The next day when I opened my computer, after logging on, the taskbar & start menu didn't show. With only one window opened, I tried to fix it through control panel but still it didn't work. Also tried Ctrl-Esc and safe-mode but to no avail.
Not sure if said file is not really compatible with Vista as what I have read on forums or it is a virus.
Can somebody help me fix this? The following might be of help:
File Description: Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor
File Version: 6.0.6000.16386
Thanks in advance.
