critical events i need help please

hi there
can someone please tell me what this is
it was in my event viewer
Critical 05/06/2008 13:23:20 Kernel-Power 41 None .................................................and is this something i need to worry about or is it just one of those things that happen???the details read .
the last sleep transition was unsuccessful.this error could be caused if the system stopped responding ,failed,or lost power during the sleep transition
any help or advice would be great

Can you drill down into it and get more information. Probably sleep failed because a process was still running.

Most of the reports about Event ID 41, appears on systems with multiple CPUs if the CPUs have different stepping levels.

Heres a list of Event 41 codes for different Windows Platforms...
