the tool bar moved to the side, wont go back to the bottom

i meant the task bar

it says to keep on the bottom

but is on the side taking up so much space i have to use the slider on the bottom of the page to see the right side of the page

how do i get it back to the bottom..??

Assuming you meant the taskbar, first right click on the taskbar and make sure it is not locked. Second, *left* click on the taskbar, holding the button down, and drag it back to the bottom.

Finally, when it gets there let go of the button, and then right click it and lock it.
