need commands typed in RUN

I was looking for a link or list of windows commands that i would type in Run. as in Run: control userpasswords2, which takes me to user profiles......;)

it would be for either for Vista or XP. although their probably the same. or is this list in Windows help? anywho---curious and needed. thanks.........
