Moving programs between hard drives

I've got two hard drives - same machine - what's the best way of moving programs between the drives [including all the registry entries] ?

Installing them again, there really isnt a way to perfectly move a program between harddrives. Sorry to say.

If you are replacing the OS drive with a new drive, you can use Acronis Disk Imaging tools. If you are creating drive D: or another drive letter, reinstall the application, copy over the data. Delete the original files.
