RUNDLL32.exe in Startup menu

I find 3 instances of RUNDLL32.EXE in my startup menu. Are they all necessary? Can I delete two?

I have 2 running and if they are not causing you any grief or problems I would leave it...
Don't try to fix it if it ain't broken...unless , of course , you suspect it is a virus/malware then you can take necessary steps to rectify it

Obviously you don't know whether they are malware or not - I suggest that instead of using Task Manager you download Process Explorer which is a much more robust tool that you can actually use in place of Task Manager- there is a setting in PE that allows it to take over as your default Task Manager.

Once you run it (and it runs both 32bit and 64bit) if you just hover over each rundll32 in the left hand column that you see you can see what programs they are actually running.
