| Vista Home Premium 32bit | I cannot access Programs and Features It says it has been disabled by the administrator. I am logged onto an account with admin privileges. How can I enable these features and others that seem to be disabled. I have Home Premium 32bit. The computer is running sluggishly and I am trying to remove programs that may be viruses or that are just taking up space. Any help would be great, thx in advance. |
