| Windows Vista™ Ultimate x64 | Take Ownership of file As I want to get as much experience with command prompt as possible i tried it via cmd, i used icacls "c:\program files\*" /grant %username%:f It went through about 6 files then said Access denied: Common files (On admin elevated cmd prompt) Why do i get access denied messages even from Administrator account? I cant even delete files from there because of Restricted Access. Does the Administrator account not override security restrictions? |
