how to install vista themes?

I'm having such a hard time installing vista themes. Instructions are horrible.

Example:
Blue water Vista customization package(VS&Cursors&wallpaer&icons) | Vista Home

I already ran the theme patch (3 files) from here for 64bit Vista
Patched UxTheme Files for Vista SP1 | Vista Home

Instructions for adding theme:

Put the file into c:\windows\resources\themes.

This makes no sense at all. What is copied over to where exactly???
