Vista x64 Install Question

Hey all, I have a quick question for all of you Vista masters.

I currently have XP (32bit) installed on my computer but am planning on upgrading to vista x64 (Business Edition).

My question involves the required drivers for the install.
I have an ASUS P5W DH mobo (i975x chipset), E6400 processor, with a SATA Harddrive.
Searched ASUS webside/forums for an answer to this, and found nothing, hence asking here. hehe

Just curious if the Vista install media will have the drivers required for the components on my mobo included (ie, it should be a "simple" install from scratch) or will i need to search out drivers on my own (PIA install, heh).

Thanks ahead of time for any assistance ;)

Try using this page on ASUS website - ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-.

Under "General Download", select the "Motherboard" category, then when the series list is ready, select the CPU socket type for you board:

From there, select the board model you want:

Download ALL relevant Vista x64 drivers before you proceed with the installation. The Vista install DVD might have the drivers you need, but then again, it might not. But even if it did, the driver that are provided by ASUS will no doubt be newer than the ones on the Vista DVD (if any).

Thanks.
Just did the install yesterday and all went smooth for the most part.

Only issue I've noticed is Windows Media player has a nice stutter with it (like when watching a vid, its almost like the camera "shakes" its strange. lol).

Probably will try another Vid card driver when I get home and see if that fixes it.
