| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Icon Change Hi everyone. I installed "HDD Sentinel" just to check what it was like and compare it to "HDD Life" I then uninstalled it. (Sentinel slightly changed the original icon by putting green bars on the icon). After, I opened My Computer and the Hard Disk Icons were changed (see Capture.jpg). Does anyone know how to revert the changes to the original icon? The "OS (C: " was the only one that had a Windows Vista icon on an image of a hard disk and the rest were the same but without the icon (see os.jpg). Any help is greatly appreciated. ![]() I have beeen constanly going to Vista Forums when I had other small problems and this is the first time I need talked to you, the great users of Vista Forums. ![]() P.S. I already tried a system restore and explain everything - I need all the help I can get. Many thanks. |

| Ultimate SP1 x64 & x86 | Re: Icon Change Yes Ted and i would add that the driveicon key is just used to modify the default icon, so to come back to the default icons just delete this key and subkeys. Another way to modify things is to use a home-made theme, it avoids touching the registry but that is another story |
