| Member | Re: Problems with applications for change if x64 Unless your program specifically states that it won't run in a x64 environment, then none. I migrated about 1.5 years ago and have had minimal issues. Most of the issues i've had have come from little 3rd party apps, but my games and more mainstream programs run just fine. The only difference you may notice will be that you will have 2 program files folders, one for native x64 and one for x86. And for the most part, my native x64 apps run faster than their x86 counterparts. Hope that helps. And be absolutely sure that your hardware is compatible, otherwise you'll get nothing but BSODs all day long |
