| Newbie | User Profile Service service failed the logon This is what i did, btw i have Vista Enterprise. I customised the administrator account, copied the profile to C\user\Default User. Tried to logon again to the domain as a domain user and puff! error as stated above. I've gone through Shawn's method but doesn't help because under the registry \ProfileList there is no SID with extension .bak. I have to get the profile of administrator copied so every user gets the same. This was very simple in XP why is it difficult in Vista? Any other ideas? Koobro |
