How can I clear previous location droplist in window explorer

At address bar in window explorer, you can see drop list of previous visited folders with path. This list only save some "certain" folders. It is wired that it did not save some folders even I just visited/opened?

Does anybody know how this droplist works?
How can I clear this droplist?

Hello fffjjj, and welcome to Vista Forums.

The Windows Explorer address bar is tied together with the IE7 address bar. They both will remember the last location as you navigate in the drop down menu. Clearing the IE7 History will also clear the one in Windows Explorer. This tutorial will show you how to if needed.
