| vista home premium | windows internet explorer keeps flashing on and off when trying to open a folder pls help me.. ive got problem with my laptop. when i try to open my folder, my monitor starts blinking. a window internet explorer keeps flashing on and off. it started when tried to put a password on one of my folder using zip.  i just copy what i saw in youtube. vista home premium. thanks a lot. |
