Hi,

Know this is a common fault but hoping for a solution. Have an ASUS M2V motherboard with AMD 4200+ processor. Graphics card is ATI x1650 (PCI-E). 2GB Memory. Goes to sleep okay but when I wake it up, I get what looks like the graphics card bios up. Had a NVidia card before and did the same thing. Have tried everything, from updating drivers, to fiddling around in the bios etc.

Any ideas??

Thanks for the reply. Have looked at that page and it's more aimed at getting the computer to sleep. Not really an issue from my side. Both S1 and S3 are set up in the bios and I have no problems getting the computer to go to both hybrid and 'normal' sleep through leaving it idle or just selecting it from the shut down menu.

Problem is, when I try to wake it, I get a video repost. Checked through the bios and I can disable the video repost, but that just means the screen doesn't come back on at all.

Any ideas....?
