| vista 32 Vista Home Premium 32bit. | Permission problems? I was able to make an Administrator Account but even when i am in it it tells me I don't have permision! I cant run programs I can't download anything online I can't use my voip telephone anymore I cant make temp files it says you need permision for that i hit ok and it just comes back Do I have a virus? help |

If you cannot do any of those things then something is wrong with your computer. Without more information all I can suggest for *truly* fixing it in a one stop is to format and reinstall Vista from scratch - because , after every install I ***CAN*** run programs download anything online use my voip telephone anymore make temp files I highly suggest that you give us more detailed explanations of what is going on and what you have tried to do to fix it. |

Like john said, we need a more detailed explanation of what is going on, what programs you are trying to run, and what you have done to it. What did you mean by you being able to make an administrator account on the computer? By default, the main user is the administrator of the computer. More details of everything please... |
