everything else rates 5.8, 5.9, .... data is 5.2

this is my first build, I'm trying to tune it up some, it can be slow at times. i seem to lose drivers on occation, i have some problems keeping the graphics driver, downloads will drop from 190 kb/s so low it wont play Youtube videos.. load 4 sec..play 2 sec, load 6 sec.. play 2 sec..load 4 ..play 2, etc.... reload the ATI Radeon driver and it's OK. sometimes the sound will quit for a while and come back.

but all in all it works quite well..

5.2 seems awfully low, even for mirrored drives? Have you tried using some of the performance guides in the Tutorial section? By default, Vista's hard drive activity is fairly robust, mirroring may just double that activity?

Just a guess... could be wrong... probably am?
