That problem does not happen aways, but when it happens, its annoyng. Sometimes, when I start my computer, my windows vista has a strange "freezing" problem. It´s not really freezed, I can do somethings, but look the video to see what is happening, because it´s hard to tell what is happening in english (I am brazilian).

When I have this problem, I just need to log off and log on again to fix it. Does anyone knows what is happening?
My system:
Vista Ultimate x64
Asus P5B-Deluxe
C2D 8400
8800GT
4Gb RAM.
I also have antivir and Outpost Firewall PRO 2009 running on background.
PS: The video is a bit slow becouse of my phone cam. But look at the antivir splash screen, it desapears only if I click it. Also, when I right-click the desktop, the menu is semi-transparent.
