| Vista Home 32bit | Taskbar not locked, but won't move My taskbar is stuck at the bottom. I've tried unlocking and locking, it still won't work. While unlocked, the layout is very strange, most items are hidden and available only by scrolling. I've tried rebooting. I've also tried ending the process explorer and restarting. Any ideas? FYI, I normally move several times a day from side to bottom and back depending on the programs that I am using at the time. Thanks! |

| Vista Home 32bit | Re: Taskbar not locked, but won't move Normally the quick launch icons or on the far right, two rows. When I unlock the taskbar, it goes to 1 row. Also, when locked, the open windows are indicated across the center of the task bar in long narrow rectangles (as long as I don't open too many, obviously). When I unlock, they all move to the right, only two showing, and I have to use an arrow to scroll up and down. The rest of the task bar remains blank. Sorry I'm not better at the description! |

| vista ultamate 64bit | Re: Taskbar not locked, but won't move it seems to me when you have unlocked your task bar you have stretched it if so unlock it go to the top or bottom edge of your task bar dependant on if its at the tom or bottom of your screen to the point that you see an arrow pointing up and down left click on it and drag it back to normal size you can then happily re lock the task bar also the vertical bar to the right of your task bar in the 1st pic do the same and drag it to the left |
