Boot Drive resets during BIOS

Hi, I have yet another problem...
So, I got my laptop with Windows Home Premium x32. When I upgraded it to Ultimate, now whenever I start up my laptop, it always starts out by showing the HP logo, then it says, "Resetting boot drive...." then a bunch of other crap afterwards. Is this bad?

My Computer

after the boot drive is reset does vista start ?
and did you install the ultimate upgrade ?

the only reason i know of why the boot drive resets and runs a lot of other crap then starts is when the oem crack is used to activate vista

in the basic information screen that shows vista is activated
is there oem in the key that shows windows is activated
i dont want to now the key just is oem in there somewhere

Kyogre1940, Have you checked to see if there is an updated BIOS for your laptop to make it Vista compatible?

@chinga69: Really? hmm, that's wierd. I don't have any oem crack. I can't tell if the key is in there
@johngalt: My laptop came with Vista, so I'm pretty sure it's Vista Compatible. It didn't have any problems before I installed Ultimate.

Kyogre - what Chinga is talking about is the Product ID when viewing the System Details in Control Panel:

Vista ProductID.jpg

And sorry for the misunderstanding - I misread that you had upgraded to Ultimate, and thought Home Premium 32bit was the Upgrade.

What Chinga asked was if the Phrase 'OEM' appears in that section that I have blackened out in the pic....

I guess, yeah. I did get it from someone else, though, so could that be the reason?

Do they also have it installed (the same key) and running?
