Was playing with services, and changed a few settings.

Well, I was disabling a few services as per a guide or two (such as black vipers one). And had said its best to leave the services set to "Automatic (delayed start)" set as so.

But I noticed security centre took a while to appear after boot up in the tray and so doing this fixed exactly that.

No difference in boot speed though, on average.

Just got to test other tweaks, thanks for the help Vistax64 users - help quite a bit :)

They are thumbs, which are clickable.

Yep, pic problem solved. I set Avast! AV to load last, so it dosen't slow down the rest of the service loads. I used to try some of Blackvipers tweaks. I found that they have less effect in Vista than in XP.
