Can't create new partition

Vista x64: I did a shrink on my hard drive and after it show the unallocated volumn, when I right click on it...there is no option to create new partiton. The only options are: New Shrink Volumn, Properties and Help.
would appreciate you help on this...thanks

See if this tutorial can help you though this. I believe you are at step 8 now.

Disk Management - Shrink Partition
