I created a 2nd partition With Vista Disk Management and installed 2003 server on it. The system will only boot 2003 server. I can see all of the files on drive C: so it did not destroy it, but the boot manager does not show 2 partitions on boot and allow you to select one or the other. How do I turn on "selective boot"?

Use EasyBCD to add Windows Vista to the Boot Loader. The program will work itself out.
