| Newbie | Help! Can't load program as administrator. Hope someone can help or point me to an applicable tutorial. I have Vista Home Basic edition. Single computer, no network, I am always logged in as administrator. When I tried to load Quick Time video software, got message "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I have also gotten similar messages when I tried to delete programs from my computer. What do I do so that I can handle these routine tasks? |
