    help buddies

    guys i want help..
    i had recently installed the vista ultimate in my pc.i had to go away for work for about two months...after i had returned,i turned on my machine and i was surprised that the windows were not working and i could see three options:_activate windows online_set up vista again _enter product k ey....i didnt have internet connection so i went for last option and entered the product key printed on dvd case but it said that the product key doesnot work with vista ultimate...it happened today.
    guys help me..i need to get through my pc because my whole lot of oficial stuffs are stuck inside..

    Hello Neowin, and welcome to Vista Forums.

    It sounds like you are in what is called Reduced Functionality Mode. This usually happens when you do not activate Vista within 30 days of installing it.

    Reduced Functionality Mode


    If you still do not have internet connection for it, or the above link does not help, then you can do a phone activation.

    Activate Vista by Phone
