| Vista Home Premium 32bit | lost administrator PW, still have access with one other user account Hi, after I started up my new Dell inspiron with Vista Premium 32bit , I set up an admin account for myself and two additional user accounts for my kids. While I was logged on one of the kids messed with the account info. Now I am locked out of the admin account, but am still able to log in to my kids account. Is there any way to recover the admin account or create a new one without having the old info? thanks bayern:confused: |

This tutorial may be able to help you by resetting the password for that account. You may need to use Method Three. Reset User Account Password Hope this helps, Shawn |
