| vista home premium 32bit | Explorer crashes when opening Control Panel Explorer.exe quits working when I try to start control panel. I get "Windows Explorer has stopped working" then the window changes to "Windows Explorer is restarting". This is a left button click and it does not matter where I try to start control panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
