Pavilion dv 6000 error 0x400110020000100C

Hi please help!

I have a pavilion dv6000 and docent startup. I try the manager recovery and the error

Error 0x400110020000100C shows and don't let my do anything.

I try the f11 key and the recovery disk that i made and nothing window vista is not starting up.

I can enter to the Bios setup.
The specification are
System board 30B7
Processor type AMD Turion 64x2
Bios version F.37

when i try the diagnostics this came up
Test Status: #1-05 Fail

I was checking and checking and the bios of the machine don't recognize the HD.

Any help will be appreciated.
