Desktop Shortcut for Wndows Flip (NOT 3D)

Hi, i've been searching for this one and so far no luck...

In windows vista does anyone know how to create a shortcut (desktop or quicklaunch kind) for regular "Windows Flip" also known as "ctrl-alt-tab".

Regular windows flip can be used in aero glass with the keyboard shortcut "ctrl-alt-tab", now i want to place a desktop shortcut for it.

NOT for the 3D version which shortcut is widely available (DwmApi #105).

I want to have this shortcut for the regular flip, the filmstrip version wich even in aero I find more useful and quite better looking than the 3D flip version.

Also, any help in creating "desktop shortcuts" from "keyboard shortcuts" would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I guess you would have to use a hotkeys or macros program such as AutoHotkey which can send simulated keypresses.

Thanks for your reply, but "AutoHotkey" (as i understand it) it's exactly the opposite of what I need.

I want to create DESKTOP SHORTCUTS from hotkey combos, not the other way around.

Thanks anyway.

Autohotkey can do lots of things.
You can run one of your AHK scripts as the command of your desktop shortcut. The script can send a simulated keystroke for Ctrl+Alt+Tab.

I think it can do what you want. Only trouble is it takes a while to get started with AHK if you are new to it, lots of reading, but then it's a very useful application.
