Is it possible to move the Vista thumbnail cache?

I really like the new centralized thumbnail cache in Vista, but as the title suggests I want to move thumbnail cache to another location (preferrably my secondary hard drive). This cache can get quite large when cataloging the whole computer, and I'd really prefer to keep that 1 GB of information free on my main hard drive (since it's only 74 GB, and I prefer to keep only programs on it).

Also on a side note, is there an easy way to generate thumbnails for my whole computer?
