Address Book - Contacts ??

How do I create an Address Book in Windows Mail - in XP this was so easy - click on Addresses, enter details and a Folder List with all entries was created. Sure I can access Contacts - in Properties I click on Work, I enter details, I now have a list but how do I place this list in an Address Book eg. WAB or Microsoft Exchange ? Please Help !
