| Vista Ultimate x86 | Cannot rebuild icon cache after VistaOSX Hello, I've just tried to uninstall Vista OSX 4 via its uninstaller, but nothing seems to have worked. All the icons are that of MacOS, same goes for the login and bootscreens. But nevermind the last two, I will deal with them myself. What bothers me is that I cannot find IconCache.db nowhere on C:\ in order to delete it and reset the icon cache as described here, on vistax64.com. The other method (switching back to 16-bit colors also did not do the trick). Mainly my concern is for the explorer icons - system drives, start menu icons (Computer, Control panel...). Please give me a hand in dealing with this problem. Thanks a lot! |

| Vista Ultimate x86 | Re: Cannot rebuild icon cache after VistaOSX I already told you I've done this. Used Total Commander to search the entire system partition. No trace of IconCache.db whatsoever. |

| Vista Ultimate x86 | Re: Cannot rebuild icon cache after VistaOSX It is not there. There are 5 files: 3 with .dat extension and two .ini. Please give me some credit, if it was in that folder, I would have seen it or at least TC would have found it. |
