Duncan, fitst of all a question, I don't think I understood correctly... You want to build a new pc and wanty us to help you pick out the parts, right? Second, you can make a pretty good machine with 800 pounds, is that the amount you have to spend, or prefer a bit less? And what's that pic? The computer you have now, or like rough parts description?

am really looking for someone to look at the pic and state the three parts i would like and what type to get so i can go into pc world myself and pick them up without hassle and being sure there working ok when i fit them.

hi there,
aye these are the parts that skunkmarsh came up with so am just following his advice and others on the forum.av got it in my mind for a refund or exchange but thats looking unlikely so i thought upgrading would make it run better,or at least if i upgraded the three parts i may be able to get the games working for my laddie.

Wow skunksmash can you please explain to me very shortly what he needs? which parts? coz i must say, i don't really understand at this point. I would upgrade the CPU (he seems to have a 775 socket), the ram and the graphics (but then the psu too...) gonna have to search a bit to find those things within 250 pounds (if anyhow possible..)

Ok, then duncan, what do you absolutely want to run crysis and other latest games? Because if that's what you want, you are going to have to spend some more then 250 pounds...

hi skunkmarsh and amplid,a hope there aint a bit controverse going on here, basically a think my questions been answered now that a wont be able to run either call of duty 4 or crysis even if i do the recommended upgrades that skunkmarsh suggested!..
a know now that by doing the upgrades skunksmarsh said then its true i would have a better system than i do now,but its obvious that these upgrades clearly wont be suitable to run the games.....
av written and emailed a letter of complaint a dont fully understand where ad be placed as a was told by the salesman my system was the latest and would do for running vista games and everything else,i understand i was a sales boost and been sold ****.
believe it or not but my systems speakers blew tonight and when i called i was told to return them tommorow as i still hold the reciept and still in full under a year guarantee, but a dont know if this would work for returning all the system? what would a say? cant just say a dont want it anymore.
question for you two would be to come up with a parts list for me on upgrading my system to the spesifications to get crysis and call of duty 4 to work? is it worth it and is it possable for me to do?
