Vista - windows no disk...Exception Processing message

what is this message mean and how can i fix it?

Its saying there is no disc in the drive. What did you last install or run from a disc.

i understood that it had to do with my disk. but i have not installed anything that i know of.... but i just looked up that it could be an issue with my drives... b/c of my sansa mp3 player

Check to see if your mp3 player shows up in the safely remove hardware when you have it hooked up.

Since it shows you need to safely remove the device so you won't get the error.

I assume your optical drive is not working. If it failed to see any medias, you may try to flash firmware.

well i fixed it thanks for trying to help
what happended was my Mp3 player was having issues with what file it was under. it was clashing with something in my computer. i went in and changed the file letter to J and it has not showed the message since.
