Usually twice a day or so my computer makes a strange clicking sound and will be running more than 100% CPU and i literally cant do anything on my computer for 30 seconds. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

That could be your hard drive going bad. Google for "hdtune" and run that. It will tell you if your drive is ok. If the drive is failing, you need to backup your data and replace the drive before it goes completely. If the drive is ok, then I don't know what the noise could be. Is the sound coming from the speakers or from the computer box itself? Is it a fan-type sound?
