| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Direct X 10 won't install I recently purchased a GeForce GTX260 and am trying to get direct x 10 on my new pc. I looked at EVEREST and it's telling me that I have directx9 installed, I try to get 10 but it says I already have it. What am I missing or forgetting to do? |

Vista comes with DirectX 10 already installed. You usually end up having to install DirectX 9 for older games, but it usually included with the game and gets installed when the game is.
