| Member | Dodgey System Restore So I got this out-of-the-blue BSOD, and it happened twice after, before I had chance to fully log on. Then it stopped. I took the opportunity to system restore to the last time, and all is fine again, apart from my desktop icons (except the folders, an .exe file and computer/recycle bin), which all have that white piece of paper with the folded corner over the pictures... Oh I can attach things, cool, it's in the paint document. Thanks a lot guys. |

| Member | Re: Dodgey System Restore Hey there, it has worked...perfectly. Thanks a lot for succh a swift fix! You can answer this too if you want; I change my resolution to 1280x800 (as thhat is my laptop size), yet if I log off and on again, it will reset to 1440x900 (i've had it on this for a while, but want to change back). anyway, thanks again for fixing the issue that matters!
