I am trying to sign into a password protected site and my computer's error message is that it "unable to find initialization file". My work IT says my user has corrupted files but I can open the website by using another user on my computer. I began to follow directions regarding copying files from another user on my computer but there was an error message from my computer telling me that if I continued my computer could be damaged.
How come I can open the website with one user on the same computer but not the other (the administrator)? Thanks,
