Vista doesn't have a toolbar along the top of the screen, unless you've installed a third party app, such as RocketDock (RocketDock - About RocketDock).

Hi,

I just got a new Vista system (Home Premium with service pack 1) and it did indeed come with something that looks like rocketdock at the top of the desktop. Mine has also disappeared. Anyone know how to find it? Thanks!

Glad you found it.

I believe The Dell Dock is actually a stripped down version of Objectdock which is also made by Stardock.

Down the track, if you're looking for a little functionality, try Rocketdock. It does more and is free :)

Just an idea ;)
