hi can someone help im getting a message saying

what happens is that i start up my computer and it runs untill i
reach welcome then the screen goes white and says the message
above and i cant figure it out

You're not talking about your hard drive are you? Are you able to get passed it
Are you talking about drive A or drive D.....
If it is drive A aka floppy drive you can disable it through device manager or in BIOS so that windows installation doesn't look for it

Hi,

Seems like a software issue.

Start in Safe mode - start your machine and tap F8 after the Bios screen and before the windows loading bars start. (might not be F8 on your bios - check your manual & see if it's different )

When you are in Safe mode:

Type msconfig in Start search box - when it pops up click on it to open it.

Dot Selective Startup and tick Load system services, then click the startup tab and untick everything except your security apps. and graphic card drivers, then Apply and OK.

Then try starting normally.
