Solved hovering over windows using mouse

im using the mouse hover activate feature in the ease of access center, i like it but the delay isnt long enough for me. Is there a registry setting i could change to increase it?

I haven't managed to find any registry entries for this, however I have come across the following program: Factor Mystic » XMouse Toggle
This works with Vista and, in conjunction with the 'Ease of Access Center', does what you require. The setting shown here equates to 5 seconds.

sweet. Ive set it at 1 second, its far less irritating.
