From Microsoft:

Bug Check 0xD1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x000000D1. This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.

A driver tried to access an address that is pageable (or that is completely invalid) while the IRQL was too high.

This bug check is usually caused by drivers that have used improper addresses.

If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates an execute operation, this bug check was likely caused by a driver that was trying to execute code when the code itself was paged out.

To help you determine which driver is causing this error, do the following:
  1. Click the "Start Orb"
  2. Right-click "Computer", then select "Properties"
  3. In the left pane, click "Advanced system settings" (you will need to respond to UAC)
  4. Under "Startup and Recovery", click "Settings"
  5. Under "System Failure", remove the check from "Automatically restart"
  6. Click "OK"
  7. Click "OK"
Now, if you experience this BSOD, there should be a driver file mentioned near the bottom of the screen. This filename would be perhaps *.SYS, *.DLL, *.DRV, etc...

Once you know which driver is causing the error, you shouldnt have a problem finding updates.

If you don't want to wait, then go to your hardware manufacturers websites (mostly motherboard and graphics), and download and install updated Vista certified drivers.
